Dear Mr. Cole, Thank you for all the information you have provided, it was very informative and assuring. Everything sounds good except one thing, Im not sure if I agree with the percentage distribution suggested (I get 30% and you get 60% and 10% for expenses). Fist of all, 10% equals to about 2.8 million which sounds very high for expenses, than why are you getting 60% and Im only getting 30%? I was under the impression this was more of a partnership, I would prefer if we split to 45% each. Please let me know if you agree to the new terms. I would also like to see a detail breakdown of where the 10% its going to. Im in the process of contacting a college friend who will represent me and he is a national and certified attorney in Nigeria. I will forward you his information as soon as I receive it. If I cant get a hold of him will you be able to find someone who can act on my behalf in Nigeria? Im not sure if his information is still valid. P.S. One last thing, I dont understand why we need to keep this confidential, if this is completely legal than why do we need to keep this a secret? I fully trust you and Im sure you have a legitimate reason for this, but can you explain the reasons?
